BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN
COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 25-4(1) of the Code of Ordinances (Ethics Act) be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
Sec. 25-4 - Definitions.
As used in this chapter, unless the context clearly requires a different meaning:
(1) Agency means the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Board of Adjustment, Comprehensive Plan Update Committee, Ethics Commission, Planning Commission, and the Downtown Lexington Management District Board.
Section 2 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of passage.
