BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the "Time of Completion" in the agreement with Leak Eliminators, LLC based on its bid in the amount of $908,781.65 for the 2012 Sanitary Sewer Cleaning Program, for the Division of Water Quality, be and hereby is extended until May 5, 2013 but otherwise the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which was attached to Resolution No. 456-12 and incorporated therein by reference, shall remain in full effect.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
