Summary
Authorization to execute an Agreement with Public Consulting Group for data reporting and audit support to participate in the Ambulance Supplemental Payment Program (ASPP) administered through the Commonwealth of Kentucky for a period of three years beginning August 2026. The Contract is on a contingency basis and the Co. will receive 10% of ASPP revenues. There is no Budgetary impact until LFUCG begins receiving payments in 2026.
