Summary
Authorization to execute Facility Usage and Concession Agreements between LFUCG and various youth baseball and softball leagues for the 2023 calendar year. The term of the Agreement shall be for one year commencing on the date of execution, with automatic renewals for two (2) successive one (1) year periods. Franchisees cover day-to-day maintenance and operation costs and LFUCG covers utilities and all repair costs associated with structural, roofing, electric, HVAC and plumbing. Funds are Budgeted. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
