This is a request to enter into a Lease Agreement with Urban League of Lexington-Fayette County for approximately 955 sq ft of space within the Black & Williams Neighborhood Center located at 498 Georgetown Street. The agreement will be for one (1) year, effective July 1, 2012 and expiring June 30, 2013, with an option of automatic extension for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. The annual rental rate is $4,612.65.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the lease agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Urban League of Lexington-Fayette County, for lease of space at Black & Williams Neighborhood Center at 498 Georgetown Street.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
