BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the response of J. L. Carman and Associates, d/b/a CARMAN to RFP No. 69-2014 Corridors Breeders Cup Beautification Design Project, be and hereby is accepted, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with J. L. Carman and Associates, d/b/a CARMAN to provide services related to the RFP, at a cost estimated not to exceed $54,680.00.
