BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That subsection 7-17(b) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
The chief administrative officer is hereby authorized and directed to establish fee schedules for all software, data, and maps generated by the GIS.
 
Section 2 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its passage.
