BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

      Section 1 - That the following Unclassified Civil Service Appointment made by the Mayor be and hereby is ratified:

Chris Ford, Commissioner of Social Services, Grade 536E, $4,201.68 bi-weekly, in the Department of Social Services, effective March 23, 2015.

      Section 2 - That this personnel action shall become effective upon date of passage.
