BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept an award of $244,535.22 in Federal funds from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), from Kentucky Emergency Management, for reimbursement of expenses related to the Eastern Kentucky flood and weather event, for the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Urban County Government to the expenditure of funds.
