BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept a direct re-allocation of federal Emergency Rental Assistance Grant funds from the U.S. Treasury, in an amount not to exceed $30 million dollars.
Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute any necessary subrecipient Agreements and/or amendments thereto, the final form of which are consistent with the existing Agreements for the same services and subject to approval by the Division ...
