BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept Grant funds in the amount of $35,122.00 in Federal funds under the CARES Act from the Kentucky State Board of Elections, for the purpose of offsetting expenses incurred by the Fayette County Clerk's Office during the 2020 general election as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for the expenditure of funds.
