BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept a Grant of $21,025.00 in Federal funds under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, awarded by the Kentucky Justice and Public Safety Cabinet, for salary, training and travel expenses for the Division of Police from November 1, 2022 through October 31, 2023, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government to the expenditure of funds.
