BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following:
Allison Diggins, Environmental Inspector, Grade 113N, $16.031 hourly, in the Division of Water Quality, effective upon passage of Council.
Section 2 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicants listed in Section 3 may begin the probationary civil service probationary period.
Section 3 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following:
Donald Graves, Van Driver P/T, Grade 104N, $10.750 hourly, in the Department of Social Services, effective upon passage of Council.
Section 4 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applications listed in Section 3 may begin Unclassified Civil Service employment.
