BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Board Of Education of Fayette County and the Kentucky State Police, for services under the 2010 Project Safe Neighborhood Program.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $10,000.00 for the Board Of Education of Fayette County and $23,027.00 for the Kentucky State Police, be and hereby is approved for payment to the Board Of Education of Fayette County and the Kentucky State...
