BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources be and hereby is authorized to internally advertise for vacant positions, if requested by the Division Director, from the date of passage of this Resolution through June 30, 2012 and is authorized to advertise externally if a qualified internal applicant pool does not exist within the first week of any internal advertisement.
Section 2 - That this resolution shall become effective upon date of passage.
