BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Service Order Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Charter Communications Operating, LLC on behalf of Spectrum, for cable television for the new Senior and Therapeutic Recreation Center.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $2,460.00 in FY 27, be and hereby is approved for payment to Charter Communications Operating, LLC on behalf of Spectrum, from account #1101-606102-72201 pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and subject to sufficient funds being appropriated in future fiscal years.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
