BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Water Quality is authorized to purchase a Cues, Inc. sewer video camera and related adaptive equipment from Eye-Tronics, a sole source provider, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, is authorized to execute any necessary Agreement with Eye-Tronics related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $30,732.60, be and hereby is approved for payment to Eye-Tronics, from account # 4002-303401-95802.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
