BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

Section 1 - That the following subsection line number in the unclassified civil service authorized strength be and hereby is created to read as follows:

520.041                     1                     529                     519N                                          Crisis Responder

 

                     Section 2 - That the term of the Crisis Responder position in the Division of Enhanced 911 shall expire on September 30, 2026.

Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon passage of Council.
