BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer ot the following Probationary Civil Service Appointment:
Gregory Colvin, Assistant Director, Community Corrections, Grade 119E, $2,855.36 bi weekly, in the Division of Community Corrections, effective upon passage of Council.
Section 2 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicant listed in Section 1 may begin the probationary civil service probationary period.
