Summary
Authorization to convert the current Vehicle Wash Facility on Byrd Thurman Drive to a Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility for residents of Fayette County.  Through RFP#47-2011, the work is to be done by J.R. Miller Inc.  (L325-12)  (Feese/Moloney)
This is a request to approve $57,965 for design services to convert the current Vehicle Wash Facility on Byrd Thurman Drive to a Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility for residents of Fayette County.  Through RFP#47-2011, the work is to be done by J.R. Miller Inc.  Funds are budgeted.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with J. R. Miller and Associates, for design services for a household hazardous waste facility.
      Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $57,965.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to J. R. Miller and Associates from account # 1115-303505-71207, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
      Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
