This is a request to execute a Lease Agreement with Kentucky River Foothills Development Council, Inc. for space within the Central Kentucky Job Center. The initial term of the agreement will be for ten (10) months, effective September 1, 2012 and ending June 30, 2013, with an option of automatic extension for one (1) additional one (1) year term. There is no budgetary impact.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the lease agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Kentucky River Foothills Development Council, for lease of space at 1055 Industry Road.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
