BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Collective Bargaining Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto, with Lexington Professional Firefighters, IAFF Local 526 on behalf of Fire Majors in the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
