BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the subsection line number 760.021 in the unclassified civil service authorized strength be and hereby is deleted.
Section 2 - That subsection line number in the classified civil service authorized strength be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
760.072 2 806 516N Recreation Specialist Sr.
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective following passage of Council.
