This is a request to execute lease agreement with MECU for space within the Phoenix Building. The initial term will be for one (1) year effective July 1, 2013, with four (4) renewal terms of one year each and increasing lease payments. The rental revenue for the first year will be $5,650.97.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the lease, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Metro Employees Credit Union, for lease of space at the Phoenix Building.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
