BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Fayette County Sheriff’s Settlement – 2024 Property Taxes, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for taxes collected as of April 15, 2025, be and hereby is approved, and that the Sheriff be granted a Quietus in connection with her tax settlement.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
