BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Vogelpohl Fire Equipment, Inc., establishing a price contract for Self Contained Breathing Apparatus, for the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That the amount of the price contract be and hereby is approved for
payment to Vogelpohl Fire Equipment, Inc., using funds awarded under the American
Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA).
