BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Collective Bargaining Agreement by and between the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and Bluegrass Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge No. 4, Police Officers and Sergeants Unit, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and hereby is accepted.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
