BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute and submit the Applications, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority (KIA), and to provide any additional information requested in connection with the Applications, for low interest state revolving fund loans in the following amounts to facilitate the following sanitary sewer related projects: $19,087,695.00 for the West Hickman Sub-Basin WH-7 WWS Tank Project and $16,888,634.00 for the Expansion Area Three Sanitary Sewer Infrastructure Project.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
