BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute and submit the Grant Application, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the U.S. Department of Labor and to provide any additional information requested in connection with this Grant Application, which Grant funds are in the amount of $1,050,000.00 Federal funds, and are for the development and implementation of an employment training program for court-involved youth.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
