BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute and submit a Grant Application, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the U.S. Department of Transportation under the Reconnecting Communities & Neighborhoods (RCN) Discretionary Grants Program, and to provide any additional information requested in connection with this Grant Application, which seeks Grant funds in an amount not to exceed $10,000,000.00 in Federal funds for the Unifying US60 Project.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
