BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Grants and Special Programs is hereby authorized to purchase up to three (3) additional Neighborly Software user licenses under the existing agreement with Benevate, Inc., for use in grants and special program administration.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $2,362.50, be and hereby is approved for payment to Benevate, Inc., from account #3120-160201-71299, pursuant to the terms of the purchase order and the agreement with Benevate, Inc.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
