BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a certificate of consideration, and any other documents necessary, and to accept a deed for the property located at 270 West Loudon Avenue.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $350,000.00, plus usual and appropriate closing costs, be and hereby is approved for payment to Hope Center, Inc., from account #2606-505501-5511-90111.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
