BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Amendment to Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Community Action Council of Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison and Nicholas Counties, Inc., for an extension of the performance period to December 31, 2016, for use of HOME Investment Partnership Program funds for a tenant based rental assistance program, at no additional cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
