This is a request to execute amendment to agreement with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, accepting additional federal funds in the amount of $555,776 for the Tates Creek Road Sidewalk Improvements Project. Additional match of $138,944 will come from the Mutual Aid Program. This increase brings the new total project cost to $2,021,420 ($1,617,136 federal amount and $404,284 local match).
