BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Purchase of Service Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Community Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison and Nicholas Counties, Inc., (CAC) to serve as the fiscal agent for the ONE Lexington Gun Violence Prevention Grant Programming and the Nurturing and Creating Alternative Pathways (NOCAP) Grant Programming for FY2027, at a total cost not to exceed $211,500.00.
