Summary
Authorization to recognize Kraus Associates, Inc. d/b/a AK Associates as the sole source provider of telephone technology manufactured by Solacom Technologies Incorporated; to include, but not limited to, controllers (including text-to-911), software, routers, switches, and peripheral equipment. E911 presently owns Solacom 911 selective routers and host/remote controllers purchased through the use of state grants and will be acquiring additional Solacom equipment in the coming year that can only be obtained through AK Associates. Attached is a sole source letter from Solacom Technologies, Inc explaining the contractual agreement with AK Associates. There is no budgetary impact. (L1240-15)(Stack/Bastin)
