BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Lexington History Museum, Inc., to aid in the fulfillment of its business plan, for a term not to exceed three (3) years and a cost not to exceed $705,500.00.
Section 2 - That the payment of a sum not to exceed $705,500.00, is hereby authorized for payment to the Lexington History Museum, Inc., from account #1101-900703-71101, contingent upon approval of a Budget amendment, and pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 -- That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
