Summary
Authorization to approve all documents necessary for the reallocation of all Kentucky Cleaner Water Grant funds so excess funds assigned to completed projects can be reallocated to active projects that are not fully Grant funded. The total value of the awarded Grant is $37,805,834, which is providing funding for nine (9) distinct, Kentucky Infrastructure Authority (KIA) approved stormwater and sanitary sewer projects. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute any and all documentation necessary for the reallocation of awarded Kentucky Cleaner Water grant funding (ARPA), reallocating excess project funds from completed grant projects to grant projects not otherwise fully funded.
