BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Missouri Great Dane be and hereby is established as the sole source provider of customization services for the Division of Fleet Services and authorizing the Mayor or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary agreements with Missouri Great Dane related to the procurement of these goods and services.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
