BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That in order to fund abatement related activities, defined as mowing, weeds, trash and debris, conducted by the Division of Code Enforcement, the Department of Finance and Administration is authorized and directed to designate a fund of at least $200,000.00 per fiscal year beginning FY 2013 and each fiscal year thereafter (July 1).
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
