BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN
COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 22-53.2(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
(2) The salaries of the traffic school guards shall be according to the following schedule:
Entrance rate per hour $13.000
After four (4) years in service, $13.500
per hour
After five (5) years in service, $14.000
per hour
As part-time employees, the traffic school guards shall receive only benefits provided in this chapter.
Section 2 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon date of passage.
