WHEREAS, the Council by Resolution No. 398-97 established a Residential Parking Permit Program, 421 through 429 Spring Street, 24 hours per day seven (7) days per week.
WHEREAS, it is now the desire of the Council to amend Resolution 398-97 to include 401 and 403 Spring Street in the Residential Parking Permit Program for 421 through 429 Spring Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution 398-97 is amended to include 401 and 403 Spring Street in the Residential Parking Permit Program 421 through 429 Spring Street, 24 hours per day seven (7) days per week.
Section 2 - That the Clerk of the Urban County Council be and hereby is directed to forward a copy of this Resolution to the Council Administrator, Chief of Police, Director of the Division of Revenue, the Lexington and Fayette County Parking Authority and the Director of the Division of Traffic Engineering.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
