The following procurement recommendations will be placed on the Mayor’s Report for approval at the November 12, 2026 Council Meeting:
(1) Accepting and approving the following bids and establishing price contracts for the following Depts. or Div. as to the specifications and amount set forth in the terms of the respective bids:
(a) Div. of Streets & Roads- Equipment Rental without Operator - 99-2026 - Bobcat Enterprises, Inc.
(2) Accepting and approving the following vendors as sole source providers:
(a) Div. of Water Quality- The Safety Company LLC dba MTech - CUES cameras, transporters, cables, and parts for existing CUES CCTV trucks; and,
(b) Div. of Water Quality- Southern Sales Company, Inc. - BS/Sulzer replacement pumps, parts & repair services.
