BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 27-2025), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Metropolitan Security Services, Inc., d/b/a Walden Security, for supplemental security services for the Department of Public Safety, at a cost estimated not to exceed $140,265.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $140,265.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Metropolitan Security Services, Inc., d/b/a Walden Security, from account #1101-707103-71253, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
