BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government hereby approves and adopts, on behalf of the Urban County Government, the Division of Central Purchasing Revised Procurement Regulations "Source Selection: Personal/Professional Services", which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if fully stated (5 pages), to include additional methods of procuring construction management services.
Section 2 - That this Ordinance and the regulations approved and adopted herein shall become effective on the date of its passage.
