BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the transfer of funds in the amount of $25,000.00 from the Council Capital Project fund to the Division of Parks and Recreation (1105-707602-90321) for the Davis Park basketball courts project be and hereby is authorized and approved; and $12,650.00 from the Council Capital Project fund to the Division of Traffic Engineering (1105-303602-91616) to install flexible delineators at McCubbing Drive and Clays Mill Road be and hereby is authorized and approved.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
