This is a request to enter into a Lease Agreement with WECEP for space within the Black & Williams gymnasium. The agreement will be for eight (8) months, November 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013 with an option of automatic extension for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the lease agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with West End Community Empowerment Project of Lexington, Inc., for space at the Black & Williams Gymnasium.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
