BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government hereby accepts a private street in Boonesborough Manor Subdiv., Unit 1 (Doe Run Trail), as a public street pursuant to the Private Street Acceptance Policy and contingent upon the recording of a final record plat within one year of passage of this Ordinance dedicating the street as a public right of way.

                     Section 2 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its passage.
