BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That Ordinance No. 292-2005, which establishes the date by which the  Mayor shall submit the proposed annual operating and capital improvements Budgets to the Urban County Council as no later than the 2N^d Tuesday in April of each year be and hereby is suspended for the submission of these Budgets for FY2021.

                     Section 2- That for FY2021 the Mayor shall submit these Budgets to the Urban County Council by no later than Tuesday, April 28, 2020.

                     Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its passage.
