BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Permanent Classified Civil Service Appointment made by the Mayor, be and hereby is ratified:
Jeffrey Smith, Public Service Worker, Grade 508N, $16.932 hourly in the Division of Parks and Recreation, effective October 24, 2023.
Section 2 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date described in each item.
